At Blair Athol, you can experience the luxury of our gracious 1904 Manor House, filled with history and charm. Our Federation-style homestead features antique furniture, ornate pressed metal ceilings, open fireplaces downstairs, and inviting verandahs.  We offer two types of accommodation - traditional bed & breakfast (complimentary continental breakfast included) or exclusive use of the whole house (self-catering).

Our 6-bedroom country house is an ideal destination for groups, special occasions, and memorable family holidays. Each of our spacious bedrooms, tastefully furnished with modern amenities, provides a comfortable and luxurious retreat for our esteemed guests. Please note that a minimum of 3 bedroom suites and a 2-night stay are required to enjoy the whole house.  By booking at least 3 rooms, you will have exclusive access to the drawing room, parlour, breakfast room, and fully-equipped kitchen, ensuring a private and personalized experience during your stay. We are also delighted to offer our new purpose-built Day Spa, inspired by the Roman baths of history. With its elegant columns, atrium windows, and terrace views over the district, our Day Spa provides a haven for relaxation. The indoor mineral-rich pool and spa offer warmth and rejuvenation, and you can unwind further in our infra-red sauna. Please enquire with your host for availability and bookings. Kindly note that the day spa is open weekends, adults only and is subject to availability.

During your stay, we encourage you to explore our five acres of formal gardens, which date back to the 1870s. Marvel at the exotic trees, visit the ironstone cemetery, and view the traditional outbuildings.  With 54 acres of property, you can be assured of country-perfect peace and quiet.

Whilst we do not have an on-site restaurant, we are more than happy to provide recommendations for Inverell's wonderful dining options. Whether you prefer restaurants, pubs, clubs, or cafes, we can guide you. If you need transportation to town, we can assist by booking a taxi, as it is a short 4-5 minute drive away.
