Blair Athol Homestead invites you to unwind, explore and enjoy the charm of our historic country estate.

Here, you’ll experience the charm and comfort of our gracious 1904 Manor House — a beautifully preserved Federation homestead filled with history, character and country warmth. Antique furnishings, pressed‑metal ceilings, open fireplaces and verandahs create a truly special atmosphere. We offer traditional bed & breakfast-style accommodation, with continental breakfast available ($15pp).

Our six‑bedroom country house is ideal for groups, celebrations and memorable family getaways. Each spacious bedroom is tastefully furnished with modern comforts, offering a peaceful and luxurious retreat.

We are delighted to also offer a purpose‑built Day Spa, inspired by the elegance of ancient Roman baths. Please note that the Day Spa is a completely separate facility and is not included with accommodation bookings.

Use of the mineral pool, spa and sauna is strictly by appointment only, adults‑only, and subject to very limited availability.  If you would like to enquire about treatment times or spa access, please speak with your host prior to arrival.

During your stay, we invite you to wander our historic five‑acre formal gardens, dating back to the 1870s. Explore the exotic trees, ironstone cemetery and traditional outbuildings. With 54 acres of grounds, you’ll enjoy complete peace and country quiet.

While we don’t have an on‑site restaurant, we’re delighted to recommend Inverell’s excellent dining options — from restaurants and pubs to cafés and clubs. If you need transport, we’re happy to arrange a taxi for the short 4–5 minute trip into town.
