FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our goal at Blair Athol Day Spa is to make your time with us as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. To assist you, we have provided answers to some of the most commonly asked questions:
Can I bring my own food and drink? Blair Athol Day Spa is fully licensed and offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We are not BYO food or drink. We pride ourselves on our gourmet cheese platters that change with the seasons. We cater to most special dietary requirements. Please let us know if you wish to bring a celebratory cake for a group.
Can I buy drinks? Yes, we offer a range of reasonably priced drinks. We do want you to enjoy yourself but please be mindful of mixing alcohol and hydrotherapy. For your own safety, and the safety of others, we will ask you to leave if you are behaving inappropriately or dangerously.
What should I wear? Whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a luxurious robe and towel and a locker for your belongings. Please bring your swimwear for any hydrotherapy. What to do after a massage or treatment or before using the facilities? It is of the utmost importance to have a hot shower to remove any massage oil or products on your body before you use the pool, spa, sauna or furniture. We strive to keep our facilities and water pristine for you and future guests.
What if I'm late for my appointment? This is your special time so please try to arrive on time. Arriving late will not only reduce your time spent with us but the effectiveness of your treatment and your pleasure and enjoyment. Late arrivals will still finish on time so as not to inconvenience the next client and will be charged the schedule fee as per the original booking.
We understand that it may be necessary to change your appointment, however, we do ask for 72 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendments. If no notice is given or you do not show for your appointment the full fee will be charged. To allow us to continue to offer the very best service and experience, we kindly ask you to ensure you understand our cancellation policy. A credit card is required to secure all bookings. Group bookings require a 50% deposit
REFUNDS By making your booking or purchasing a gift voucher you accept our terms and conditions. Please choose carefully as we do not issue refunds.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS There is a 10% surcharge to the day spa entry, food, drink and spa treatments.
